• Control of deadlines:

  Check actual work against schedule on a daily basis.

  Achieve elimination of delays (organize additional crews or reallocation of resources).

  Quality Control:

  Check compliance of work with the project, SNiP, GOST and specifications.

  Do not allow acceptance of defective elements.

  Control of volumes and budget:

  Verification of actual fulfillment before signing of certificates

  Coordination with PM of all additional works and additional costs.

  Risk Management:

  Identify potential problems (project inconsistencies, material shortages) before they cause downtime.

  Propose solutions (material substitution, schedule rework).

  Optimization and savings:

  Suggest options to cheapen and reduce costs without sacrificing quality.

  Safety:

  Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  Reporting

  Daily report: photos, completed work, deviations, problems.

  Weekly report: status on time, quality, scope, risks, budget.

  Reports: acceptance of concealed works, production logs.

• Education: higher construction (industrial and civil engineering).

  Experience: at least 5 years of work as technical supervisor / foreman / site manager at industrial facilities (shops, factories, hangars).

  Skills: maintenance of executive documentation, work with contractors, control of acts, budget control skills.

  Plus: experience of working on projects in BMS, knowledge of approval procedures.
